硬件系统
cEEGrid: 左右耳各一片 TMSi cEEGrid,双面胶固定,SuperVisc gel;QuickAmp DC amplifier,1 kHz,24-bit,low-pass 280 Hz(EEG Data Recording; PDF p. 3)。
reference/ground: 右 cEEGrid 中部 R4b online reference、R4a ground;offline re-reference 到 linked mastoids R4b/L4b(EEG Data Recording; PDF p. 3)。
cap EEG: 64-channel EasyCap Ag/AgCl,BrainAmp DC,1 kHz,16-bit,low-pass 250 Hz;TP9/TP10 因 cEEGrid 重叠不可用(PDF p. 3)。
电极点位 / 布局
cEEGrid 围绕耳廓放置且不接触 auricle;右侧一个无同源 counterpart 的左侧电极被丢弃,得到 16-channel symmetrical montage(8/ear)(EEG Data Recording; Fig. 1; PDF p. 3)。
ERL 分析使用左右对称 cEEGrid pairs,如 L4/R4、L3/R3、L8/R8(ERL Analysis; Fig. 4-6; PDF pp. 4-8)。
实验设计
被试: 14 名右利手 18-30 岁;1 人因 cap-EEG 预处理后某条件无 trials 被排除;最终 13 人,4 male,mean age 24.4(Participants; PDF p. 2)。
任务: 600 trials,字母 H/N 随机出现在 fixation cross 左/右侧 200 ms;80% Go circle、20% NoGo diamond;H 用右手,N 用左手;ISI 1720-2020 ms(Stimuli and Task; PDF p. 2)。
条件: Go trials 根据刺激位置与反应侧是否一致分为 corresponding/non-corresponding Simon 条件(PDF p. 2)。
信号处理流程
EEGLAB v13.6.5b + Matlab 2016b;offline 1-25 Hz,resample 250 Hz;stimulus-locked 和 response-locked epochs 均为 -500 to 1000 ms;baseline 为刺激前 200 ms(Analysis; PDF p. 3)。
ICA 分别用于 cEEGrid 与 cap;cEEGrid 视觉检查移除 EKG、horizontal eye movements、blinks;cap 用 ADJUST + DIPFIT residual variance >50% 剔除(PDF pp. 3-4)。
artifact rejection 后 trials 剔除: cEEGrid 26.3%,cap 28.8%;cEEGrid 剩余 IC 比例 85.3%,cap 58.0%(PDF p. 4)。
结果
视觉 ERP: P1/N1 与 P300 可从 cEEGrid 提取;early visual window 中 PO7/PO8 与 L8 相关 r = -0.79,R4 相关 r = 0.64(Fig. 3; PDF pp. 5-6)。
SNR: cEEGrid P1/N1 SNR 低于 occipital PO7/PO8;mean P1 SNR cEEGrid 3.6 vs PO7/PO8 21.8,mean N1 7.8 vs 35.5;但与邻近 T7/T8 不显著不同(ERP Analysis; PDF p. 6)。
P300: Pz 与 cEEGrid R4 相关 r = 0.54;P300 SNR Pz 18.2,高于 L1 11.6,但与 R4 13.8 不显著不同(PDF pp. 6-7)。
ERL: posterior L4/R4 与 PO7/PO8 有相似 Simon effect;temporal L3/R3 与 T7/T8 相关较高,stimulus-locked r = 0.73/0.66;central/motor LRP 对应弱(Fig. 4-6; PDF pp. 7-9)。
局限
cEEGrid 对 occipital/central cap 位点的 SNR 和 signal strength 更低,移动场景可能更受 motion noise 影响(Discussion; PDF p. 9)。
classical motor LRP / M1-related response preparation 未被充分捕捉;纯 motor tasks 使用 cEEGrid 需谨慎(Discussion; PDF pp. 9-10)。
作者建议研究前必须先验证目标 ERP、asymmetry 或 spectral marker 是否确实能被 cEEGrid 记录(Discussion; PDF p. 10)。
对自研的启发
cEEGrid 不应被泛化为“所有任务都可用”;需要按 source location、channel orientation 和目标指标逐项验证。
视觉认知任务可用 P1/N1、P300、posterior/temporal ERL 验证;motor LRP 不宜作为首个 cEEGrid 产品指标。
cEEGrid 数据分析应显式处理 EKG 与眼动 IC。
